Established in 1982, Dean Homes is a reputable family owned company specialising in building custom designed homes in Melbourne. The business is owned and operated by Marcus and Ashlea Dean. As an experienced home builder, Marcus manages the on-site operations of each build, ensuring an exceptional end product.

We enjoy working with our clients to create their dream home, a home that they can be proud of for many years to come.

We offer a flexible service that can be suited to each individual client. We will be with you from concept designs right through until completion. We have a fantastic group of designers and tradesmen that design and build each home as if it were their own. At Dean Homes we expect no less.

Dean Homes have been members of the Master Builders Association since our establishment in 1982 and became Platinum Members in 2007. We also received a Master Builders Special Commendation in the 2016 Excellence in Housing Awards.
